If you would like to spend a few days in the heart of the peaceful, natural surroundings of Provence, feeling free to do what you want, when you want, then look no further. Les Romarins residence will meet your every expectation.

Les Romarins residence is located between Mont Ventoux and the Luberon among the lavender and rosemary of Provence – 9 kms from Sault, 25 kms from Apt, 50 kms from Carpentras, 69 kms from Avignon.

Les Romarins proposes 14 individual apartments to rent, with or without hotel services (cleaning, bed-linen, etc.)

The Apartments

ACCOMODATION FRO 2 TO 4 PEOPLE
  • an independent bedroom with double bed or twin beds, television, telephone, safe.
  • A bathroom or shower room, toilet.
  • A multi-purpose living room with kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, electric hot plate, dishes, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster), sofa-bed or bunk-beds, television, telephone.
  • For the residence Les Romarins 2 the living room has an adjoining shower room and toilet.

ACCOMODATION FRO 5 TO 6 PEOPLE
  • Two separate bedrooms with double bed or twin beds, television, telephone, safe.
  • A bathroom or shower room, toilet.
  • A multi-purpose living room with kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, electric hot plate, dishes, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster), sofa-bed or bunk-beds, television, telephone.
  • For the residence Les Romarins 2 the living room has an adjoining shower room and toilet.
2 apartments are arranged for the people with reduced mobility.


LUXURY APARTMENT

A 105 square metre apartment situated on the first floor of Les Romarins 2, with an exceptional view, which includes:
  • A reception room with fireplace, air conditioning, a living room with sofa bed.
  • An American kitchen in wood, full of character, fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, hot plate, dishes).
  • Two bedrooms, shower room.
  • Washing machine.
  • Television in both the living room and bedrooms.
  • Telephone.

All the ground floor apartments open onto a balcony/terrace offering a wonderful view of the countryside, bringing you calm and serenity.

You have access to the outdoor swimming pool, spa, mini-golf, play area, billiards room on the ground floor of Les Romarins 2, and, depending on your desires and appetite, you can take advantage of the proximity of Le Lavandin restaurant, which is located on-site, a few metres from the apartments.

Le Lavandin restaurant offers breakfast and menus prepared using local produce, with prices ranging from 15 to 32 euros per person.

Rental Conditions

Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only upon the receipt of a signed rental contract accompanied by a down payment of 30% of the total rental.

Deposit
A deposit of 180 euros must be paid upon arrival.
The deposit is returned after an inspection on the departure day.

Arrival Hours
Arrival on Saturday from 3pm to 6pm. Departure on Saturday between 8am and 10am.
